Inspector Reno used this term when he was speaking to Rick in front to the
Café American. This is a lot more fascinating list of suspects than the ones
we are 'talking' to here.

Subject: Usual Suspects

While going through the oodles of email I received from the VA-HIST List
this evening, I noticed that Kevin R. Hardwick and Barbara Vines Little used
the phrase "usual suspects." Would someone please identify the "usual
suspects?" Then we might all have some assurance that we are operating from
the same page.
