Since you're a VA resident, if you have a Library of Virginia library card, you can access JSTOR free of charge here- https://lva-virginia.libguides.com/az.php?a=j

If you don't yet have an LVA library card, you can sign up online here- https://www.lva.virginia.gov/about/policies/register_va.htm

I'm an hour south from both Lynchburg, VA, & Roanoke, VA. Out in rural VA.
I only have a small local public library close but they might have access.
I'll have to investigated it.

Thanks for your help.
Lonny
