It seems rather unfair of you to bring a personal matter to this public
forum.  If you perceive you are having problems with a business, there is a
better place to resolve your issues.  Those of us on this forum are here to
discuss Virginia History, not your perceived personal frustrations with
publishers.  As indicated by the posts to this list, there seems to have
been a simple miscommunication.

Futhermore, please be considerate of the rest of us and refrain from
attacking fellow list members.
