Andrew:

Thanks for correcting my error. My interest in this subject was to determine
the relationship of Pocahontas to the Bland Family. This has successfully
been accomplished and was published by Charles L. Bland in his Bland Family
Newsletter Volume 18 Year 2000. Col Robert Bolling was from "Kippax" or
"Flaming Dale" and his son who was Col John Bolling was from "Cobbs"
Plantation on the Appomattox near Petersburg, VA.

Of interest is the fact that other than Thomas Rolfe there was no other male
heir with the surname of Rolfe.

Regards,
Bernie in Springfield, VA.
