List of the Colonial Soldiers of VA
Special Report of the Department of Archives and History for 1913

H. J. Eckenrode, Archivist

Is there a historian or military "buff" who might be familiar with this work and
could explain a few items presented.

Another subject of interest is the speech of the colonists and is it documented
as to when English became the language of the written and spoken word?
