The next program in the Virginia Heritage Resource Center's Mining the
Treasure House lecture series will take place at noon on Tuesday, 20
November, 2001, in the conference rooms adjacent to the lobby in the Library
of Virginia at 800 East Broad Street, in downtown Richmond.

The speaker will be Roger Christman, archivist in the Archives Description
Services Section at the Library. The title of his talk is, "Over Here and
Over There: Records of Virginia's World War One History Commission." Roger
has just completed processing of this important and little-known collection
of state records, and he will give an overview of its contents.

There is free underground parking for Library patrons. For more information
on this and other programs and services of the Library of Virginia please
visit the Library's web site at http://lva.lib.va.us or call 804-692-3592.
