The Halloween edition of Mug Shot Monday covers Dr. J. P. Jackson's
experimental use of a respirator to revive Benjamin Gilbert after he was
electrocuted for the 1908 murder of his former girlfriend Amanda Morse.
Dr. Jackson believed the invention could restore life if used
immediately after death. Did it work? Find out in today's blog entry.
