This is outrageous!!!!! Is there no end to the stupid things done in the name of political correctness? And, in this case, done by an "educator and role model" to a chapel of the Christian faith. Where did he get his degree---The University of Moscow?

Subject: Wren Cross

Here's something that could make for a lively discussion for the List:
Anyone want to comment on the removal of the cross from the Wren Chapel?
The new president of William & Mary snuck into the chapel last Fall and, all
by himself, decided to remove the cross from the chapel in order to make the
chapel (not a multi-purpose facility, but a chapel) more diversity-friendly.
He did this all on his own without consulting with anyone.
It has caused quite a stir in these parts.

Seriously, friends . . . It's a good thing we 21st-century
intellectuals monitor this list-serve . . . just to help keep the
story straight . . . so to speak.
