Position Title:  Director of Archives and Photographic Services

The Valentine Richmond History Center seeks a Director of Archives and
Photographic Services. The Director manages all areas in the Archives
including researchers, collection management, photographic services,
digitization and sales, acquisitions, supporting board collection’s
committees and volunteers, managing interns and work-study students.

Qualifications: The Director of Archives and Photographic Services must be
organized, detail-oriented and have the ability to manage multiple takes.
The applicant must have the ability to work as part of a team; must have
effective management and communication skills; must have a working
knowledge of Microsoft Office and Access software, and provide excellent
customer service. This position requires a Masters of Library Science
Degree and 3-5 years of library or archival experience.
