Cobbs Hall was in the Lee family until relatively recently. The last
Lee owners were three siblings, of whom only one wanted to keep the
place and the other two wanted to sell it, which they did. That owner
proceeded to subdivide the land new home lots, then sold Cobbs Hall to
its current owner. It is now for sale again.

I've never seen it personally, but I hear it is beautiful (though not
so much as it had been before all the new houses went up around it.)
