Could we ask Ms. Roderick to post a message explaining:
  1) Is it true that certain persons on this list have been gagged?
  2) Besides Malinda and Herbert Barger, who else has been gagged (if in
fact any have been gagged)?
  3) What justification is used for gagging individuals who do not engage
in slanderous/libelous/obscene speech? And who decides if the 'gagging
criteria', if any, are met?

The idea that certain individuals have been 'gagged' is very troubling. I
hope it is not true.
