The next event in the Virginia Heritage Resource Center's Mining the
Treasure House Lecture Series will take place at noon on Tuesday, 15 May
2001, in the conference rooms adjacent to the lobby of the Library of
Virginia at 800 East Broad Street in downtown Richmond.

Elizabeth Roderick, manager of the Digital Library Project, will speak on
"Heritage and Habitats Online: The Virginia Historical Inventory Project,"
which will consist of a discussion of the historical background and a
demonstration of the new online W.P.A. Virginia Historical Inventory
Project.

Persons unable to attend the lecture and demonstration will find the Digital
Library Project on the Library's web site at http://www.lva.lib.va.us

There is free underground parking for Library patrons. For more information
