From your description, this is probably in Will Book 14, page 355 at the
Albemarle County Circuit Court Clerks Office in Charlottesville. Their phone
number is (434) 972-4083. You may be able to get them to copy the document
and mail it to you (for a fee).

These records are also available at the Library of Virginia in Richmond on
microfilm.
