Microfilm from the Library of Virginia available on interlibrary loan is
loaned at no charge to instate or out of state individuals. You need to
request the film through your local library. Make sure you have access
to a reader printer (sometimes I have been successful using a camera to
make copies of microfilm pages directly from a reader).

Your local Family History library should also have the majority of the
film. However, there is a small charge for ordering film from them.
