Our house was subdivided in what we believe in 1904. We say that
because a 1903 purchase by Joyce A. Richwine deed (D.B. 179B - 106)
shows the house front to be 67-feet across as of October 1903 but
3-months later a blueprint of a plat map (also in a deed book (D.B. 180C
- 95.R.C.C.) dated January 29, 1904, shows the house divided as 47-feet
and 20-feet and it was this time when the 1/2 address also shows up.
Wonder if info is in the book that shows the plat? The owner also in
1910 mortgaged the house and not sure why other than possibly other
improvements?

Problem is finding validation through permits.

Is there any way to do this? I am thinking most only start c.1920.

Thanks.

Eric
