According to the LVA ,the Richmond Hdqt. burned during the Civil War fires; I was unable to find anything on the main office or the branch in Blacksburg.Va where Wm H Peck was the Clerk. If you locate anything, please let me know.

Does anyone know if there are any large groups of records extant of the Farmers Bank of Virginia-- either the main office in Richmond, or the Charlottesville branch. A faculty member is trying to trace some UVa expenditures in the 1850s which were paid through the bank.

Many thanks,
