On the subject of doing one's homework before bloviating, it needs to
be stated that the MOC is located in Court End, which was constructed
as one of the high-end neighborhoods in Richmond. Although the
housing is now largely subsumed under the ownership and management of
the Medical College of VA (now VCU), the area can hardly be described
as a ghetto, nor could it in the past.

So then one has to ask as to the point of the missive, other than to
pour gasoline on the flames of what sounds like bigotry? If that was
the intent, please don't bother to post. If not, please explain.
