Mr. Seagrave,

By far the most authoritative voice on Dinsmore and Neilson is K. Edward
Lay, professor emeritus at UVA. His email address: [log in to unmask]
And his book, _The Architecture of Jefferson Country_ [2000] will give you a
good start. The book focuses on Charlottesville and Albemarle County, but
Prof. Lay also has researched the entire chronology of Dinsmore and Neilson
careers, so he should know what projects they undertook in Petersburg.

Hoping this helps,
Camille Wells
