Is there some trick to using Jamestown-Yorktown Foundation's the on-line
registration for the Virginia Forum?

From the forum website/draft program I clicked on the URL as shown there

https://jyfemail.jyf.virginia.gov/eStore/Content/Commerce/Products/DisplayProducts.aspx?ProductGroupCode=9000&ProductCategoryCode=9580

That got me to a JYF shopping page, but the Forum entry seems to be greyed
out and inactive.
