I just read an article about a practice Amazon seemingly uses quite
often- say you go in, put a few books on your wish list, go back a
few days later to finish the order, and the prices have gone up in
the interim. If they find a book is in demand (by you) they up the
price. So if you order from Amazon, buy it when you select it. Other
book sellers do it, too, but not as often. Supposedly it is legal,
but it's still pretty shoddy, IMO.
