It's not to late to register for . . .

LINCOLN AND THE SOUTH

March 12-14, 2009 at the University of Richmond Jepson Alumni Center

The Center's second major conference <b>Lincoln and the South<b> will be
held at the University of Richmond.

Probably no president has ever been as vilified as Abraham Lincoln was in
the South during the Civil War. Outstanding scholars on the subject will
convene to discuss this bitter relationship. This enlightening event is
offered in partnership with the Jepson School of Leadership Studies at the
University of Richmond, Dominion, and the National Park Service during the
bicentennial of Lincoln's birth.

To learn more about the conference, scheduled speakers, special events and
to see Civil War era political prints satirizing Lincoln's relationship with
the South, visit www.tredegar.org.
