  I have misplaced the citation to an essay that Emory G. Evans wrote about the governorship of Patrick Henry - it appeared with a couple of similar pieces in a book that I recall as being dark blue.  I've yet to find a library, however, that will allow me to ask for a dark blue book - they always want authors, editors, titles, and even call numbers.
  I'm sure someone else remembers one or more of those details, for which the undersigned shall remain,
