Dear Ms Roane
are you implying that the MOC  head quarters is going to stay in  Richmond as 
well as open new museums , or is the closing down of MOC  headquarters still 
part of the plan.. ??
And if it is going to close , then that means all of the artifacts will  
leave the Richmond area.
