Though not new, David Herbert Donald's biography-- called, simply, Lincoln-- remains outstanding.  It is listed, along with a number of important others, in the Lincoln bibliography from the Library of Congress at http://www.loc.gov/rr/program/bib/presidents/lincoln/bibliography.htm.
