Susan,

It's been more than five years ago that my sister-in-law homeschooled my 
nephew, but on the application she had to list the curriculum she would be 
following. I complete that part of the form for her, and stated we would be 
using the SOLs. So, even if the information is not collected and analysized, 
it is recorded in Virginia, at least from those who are not claiming a 
religious exemption in which case they answer no questions and take no 
tests.
