While working on my Wills family, I am adding one more layer (though not crucial) to the tree. The family of George Langhorne Bidgood. He was a prominent businessman who had stores that local artists, musicians, and literary people of the time gathered. Was a publisher and became famed for his Confederate school books. His business burned during the war but rebuilt as a piano, sheet music, and publishing company again. I also learned that he was the confidential personal assistant to Lewis Ginter for 20-years up to Ginter's death. May be a result from Bidgood's wife's brother - John Frazier Alvey, Jr. who was in business with Ginter prior to the war.

Long story short... Bidgood was married to one of my Capt. Charles Wills grand daughters.

Here is a quick rundown and hope someone can fill in the couple of gaps I have listed with _____. Thanks!
