The CD-Roms are, indeed, for sale although at what I consider to be a very  
high price. If you put "David Ransome Ferrar Papers" into your search engine,  
you will reach the site of the company selling the CD-Roms. I believe that 
there  is a good case for the transcript to be published as a book and at a more  
reasonable price.
