Yes, John. It is very obvious and the tactics of this particular news
paper article and some other media and "historical authors" to berate
Mr. Jefferson by "sneaky" wording and leading the reader to believe the
article is a "done thing." There is NO proof that TJ fathered Sally's
kids and these writers KNOW it, but lead ins such at that cited misleads
the busy reader. Several other words are cleverly used........."could
have", "may have", "it is believed", "in all probability",etc., you get
the idea. The public, thank goodness, is becoming aware of those who
choose to misinform the public and you are keen to their deceptions.
