The next program in the Virginia Heritage Resource Center's Mining the
Treasure House lecture series will take place at noon on Tuesday, May
20, 2003 in the conference rooms adjacent to the lobby in the Library of
Virginia at 800 East Broad Street in downtown Richmond.

The speaker will be Tyler Potterfield of the City of Richmond
Preservation Office, who will speak on "The First One Hundred Years of
Capitol Square." This is an especially timely topic as the Capitol and
environs will shortly begin undergoing substantial renovation.

There is free underground parking for Library patrons. For more
information on this and other programs and services of the Library of
Virginia please visit the Library's web site at http://www.lva.lib.va.us
or call 804-692-3592.
