Published in Richmond remember, not Williamsburg, and under various
names such as The Virginia Gazette and General Advertiser, etc. etc.
What do you take "newspaper of record" to mean, exactly? Printer for the
General Assembly as one or another of the Williamsburg Gazettes were
before the Revolution?
