Henrico County Courts of Oyer and Terminer are available on microfilm at
the Library of Virginia in Richmond City.

My book -- Twice Condemned: Slaves and the Criminal Laws of Virginia --
explains procedures and discusses some court cases. However, the
beginning date. broadly, is 1705.
