We've known for many years that Patrick Henry presented his law license to
the court of Goochland County on April 15, 1760. A few years ago I
vaguely recall something about an LVA archivist discovering a similar
presentation in the loose records of another county - but I've misplaced
that.

It may have been mentioned in a printed LVA flyer about sources for P
Henry af ew years ago - but I don't find it in the online
http://www.lva.virginia.gov/public/guides/guide_phenry.htm

If my recollection is correct, I would be grateful for a citation etc.
