WILLIAMSBURG, Va. (AP) - The Colonial Williamsburg Foundation has  
sold Carter's Grove Plantation - an 18th century mansion built by 1  
of Virginia's founding families - for $15.3 million. . . .  [The new  
owner] says he'll use the site as a residence and center for a  
thoroughbred horse breeding program."
