Its always good to hear Fred Fausz's take on anything having to do with
Captain John Smith.  He's not tooting his own horn, but (in addition to
his dissertation on the 1622 uprising and his published scholarship)
during grad school Fred was the in-house editor for Philip Barbour's
definitive three-volume edition of John Smith's papers......
