As I received that e-mail with no problems, suggest you look at your web
browser and/or ISP.  Depending on if it is Microsoft or Netscape, review
your e-mail preferences; in most cases these should be set to default.
Also check your settings to your Internet Service Provider for mail
receipt.  There are just too many combinations to walk you through
this.  I would start with your ISP first.
