Wow - this is wonderful news. I appreciate the offers of newspapers. The
Library regularly films current and historic newspapers and the Virginia
Newspaper Project is a very active program. 
I will pass the offers along to the Newspaper Project team.

Tom,

Would the Library be interested in microfilming or scanning 150 issues
from the 1830's of a newspaper from Hampshire Co., Virginia (now West
Virginia)?  It's another situation where the owner doesn't want to
donate the issues, but is willing to have them microfilmed or scanned.
