On June 7, 2008, the The American Revolution Round Table of Richmond is
sponsoring a bus tour of the route of Lt. Col. Banastre Tarleton's
daring 1781 Charlottesville cavalry raid.  Tour will leave from
Richmond, Va. on Saturday, June 7, 2008 at 8:00 am and return to
Richmond at 5:00 pm. Tour will include the site of Cuckoo Tavern;
Boswell's Tavern; Castle Hill; The Farm in Charlottesville; and Boyd
Tavern on the old Three Chopt Road. These properties are all in private
hands and rarely accessible to the public.
As tickets are limited, to reserve your seat, please send your name,
address, phone number, email address, and a check for $45 per person,
