I apologize that although I sent this information in time to be useful, I 
failed to present it acceptably for the practices of this forum, thereby 
causing the delay that led to forum participants hearing about a broadcast 
only after that broadcast was over. But it's not too late to invite anyone 
interested to see the new Fort Monroe update blurb at the top of the Save 
Fort Monroe web site (http://www.fortmonroenationalpark.org/).  Its headline 
says, "New in 2016: Fort Monroe’s Mystery Fate—Why all the silence from 
politicians, reporters, editors and Tidewater opinion leaders concerning 
Fort Monroe?" Thanks.
