Professor Gutrzman is a Phd and a JD and also authored the  The Politically 
Incorrect Guide to the Constitution, which  is a good short read.  He is coming 
out  with a book Who Killed The Constitution?: The Fate of American Liberty 
from  World War I to George W. Bush which I am sure will be equally good.   
However, Virginia history seems to be his area of greatest historical  interest.
