Smith and Pocahontas were never married. John Rolfe and Pocahontas did  
marry. J. South hit the send button before engaging his brain or  
perhaps for one of his peculiar malapropisms, but whichever, he got it  
wrong. Failing that, you might check any elementary school history book.
