Oh Come All Ye History and Holiday Buffs! The Annual Christmas in Court End festivities will be on Sunday, December 14 at the Valentine Richmond History Center, Richmond, VA. You are invited to attend and encouraged to volunteer to help with this exciting history filled event. The Valentine Richmond History Center's annual event includes educational activities, tours, rides in horse drawn carriages, hands on craft making for kids of all ages, as well as storytellers and musicians. The event is from noon to 5pm and is FREE. Come and join our volunteer corps as we welcome the hundreds of guests who participate in this even every year. Bring a friend, family member, or colleague for some old fashioned holiday fun. This is a great opportunity to become part of history at the Virginia and National Historic Landmark site of the Valentine (founded as a museum of Richmond history in 1898), as well as the other sites that are open and free that day like St. John's Church, the Museum of the Confederacy, and the John Marshall House. For more information, contact Valentine Richmond History Center Director of Marketing and Public Relations Emily Hines Seibert at [log in to unmask] . Sign up now before all the volunteer slots are filled!
