This week's dip into the Virginia Penitentiary collection features an ice cream truck stuck in the mud and convicts accused of stealing a frozen treat. The truck driver claimed the guard couldn't control the prisoners because they were in the pen for stealing, but an investigation by the penitentiary revealed a completely different story.
