Herbert Barger says we shouldn't draw conclusions unsupported by the DNA
evidence, and he also repeatedly says the DNA evidence proved Callender a
"liar." Lying involves knowingly saying what is false, however, and DNA
evidence cannot determine that Callender knew that his statement was
untrue. Thus, Barger is not following his own advice.
