I have been reading faithfully, but not contributing to. It has nothing to 
do with you personally. I have no earthly idea why you would be so 
presumptuous as to think it does.

Now, if you have read the book and want to contribute to this thread, do so. 
Otherwise confine your comments to the appropriate thread.
