Here are a few other unfortunate things I think have been beaten to death
and would prefer to move on about:

America's failure to stop Hitler and the Holocaust in a timely  manner;
The Carter presidency, including abandoning the Panama Canal;
Hiroshima and Nagasaki;
Reconstruction;
Vietnam War;
Japanese Internment during WW II;
Man Made Global Warming;
Richard Nixon and Watergate;
JFK and his various affairs with women other than his wife;

Thomas Jefferson's alleged illegitimate slave children;
Jesse Jackson's illegitimate children;

Al Gore inventing the Internet;
Bill Clinton's presidency in its entirety;

Open debate is the sine quo non of a free society.
