The next program in the Virginia Heritage Resource Center's Mining the
Treasure House lecture series will take place at noon on Tuesday, 17 July,
2001, in the conference rooms adjacent to the lobby in the Library of
Virginia at 800 East Broad Street in downtown Richmond.

The speaker will be Vince Brooks, Archivist in the Archives Research
Services section at the Library of Virginia. The title of his talk is,
"Southwest Virginia Coal Camps." The Library is currently featuring an
exhibit on "Virginia Coal Camps" in the lobby.

There is free underground parking for Library patrons. For more information
