Eric,

Sorry about that, my typo. Charles WILLS is not in the book, though we have MANY veterans in the book who are known to be buried there. The 19th (Ambler) was a local Richmond regiment that was at times attached to the larger 2nd VMR under Ballowe. My guess is that you will find in both cases he is serving under the same Captain.

Here are the two WILLS people we do have in the book buried in Richmond:

George Wills, b 1776, Dublin,Ireland. d 1826. Buried at Shockoe Hill. Private, 4th VMR

Willis C Wills, 1791-1847, Sergeant, 12th VMR, Fluvanna Co, buried at Shockoe Hill

There is also a Miles C Wills, also of Fluvanna and buried in the Wills Graveyard in Fluvanna County

When did your Charles Wills die? He could quite possibly be buried at Shockoe Hill, and even re-interred from there to Hollywood. Or all three.
