Ms. Wills has chosen to try make our dealings a matter of public record
through the list.

I have chosen to respond to her privately in order to not involve the list.

Please be assured that Willow Bend Books, the bookstore division of Heritage
Books, Inc, and Heritage Books, Inc. are very much alive and kicking. Many
of you should have received a catalog from us in the past few weeks.

Most of you know me very well and know that I do not hide and am very
accessable. My email address and telephone numbers are found in lots of
places. Someone who wants to find me does not have any difficulty.

Thank you to all the members of the list who forwarded me a copy of the
orginial email to the list. I was travelling and had not seen it.
