From wife Nancy Paxton daughter Caroline Morgan Scott Tibbs and James Tibbs' daughter: 

Catherine Tibbs married William Low are buried in the Low #1 Cemetery, in Westover, Morgantown, WV

Also buried is John and Josephine Low Meeks. Josephine is daughter of Catherine & William Low.

And Jeanette Gay Cox Parker; wife of Alivn E. Parker; Daughter of Ulysses David Cox; son of Moses Cox, son of Abraham Cox - Rev. War Solider.

Jeanette Gay Cox Parker is the great granddaughter of Abraham Cox - Rev. War Soldier.

Any descendents should contact immediately: Claire Sargent at Armistead & Baker Attorney at Law. 304-292-8473.  

Demand to know where your ancestors will be moved to and when. Or put your name down not to have these people moved.  

This little cemetery is in the middle of a housing project. The cemetery is 50' by 50'.

I met Claire and she is a lovely person but there are bull dozers on the property now to make room for new housing developments.
