Does anyone have any information on re-enactors at Jamestowne (settlement
or island)?
When I visited recently there were costumed tour guides but no attempt, as
far as I could tell, to portray individual characters. I undestand that in
the past there were re-enactors in the way that Colonial Williamsburg
features George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, etc.
Is this a policy decision, just a scheduling issue, or were there never
re-enactors?
E. Rose
